We are up to five countries, correct? buzz(If you did not see those first five, and would like to catch up, click here.)

Okay, let’s keep on our quest for countries with waterfalls.

(Hint: Click on any photo to enlarge it…makes a big difference!)

Rydal

Lake District, England037-rydal-lake-district

After visiting Wordsworth’s home and museum in Rydal, we wandered a bit in the village and came upon this lovely waterfall. There were no daffodils but still a wonderful find. (If you did not get that reference, check out William Wordsworth’s most famous poem…I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud. )

Iguasu Falls

Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay100-0026_img-iguasu-fallsNo, I did not make a mistake when I listed three countries for one waterfall. Iguasu Falls is massive and borders on all three. To join us at Iguasu Falls, click here.

Huka Falls, New Zealand

dscf6763-huka-fallsWhile touring New Zealand’s north island we visited Huka Falls and listened to the roaring sound of New Zealand’s longest river (Waikato River) being narrowed into a canyon only fifteen meters across. While we were watching a powerful motorboat came up to the falls, turned around, and headed off…likely checking out conditions for the first tourist boat run of the day.

Oh dear, that is five countries but only three waterfalls

so here are two waterfalls in repeat countries.

Athabasca Falls, Canada

That’s ten countries! Where to now?
